The wave ...........with other stuff

My art homework. I needed to do a mimicked version Hokusai's "wave". It took me five weeks (mostly procrastinating) and eight layers of paper.
Sorry photo quality ain't to good but in real life there are quite a few tiny hidden birds in the brown layer of cut paper.

last two layer is painted acrylic on paper and the sun's layer is wrinkly red tissue paper
